Dear alumnus of Sankar Polytechnic College (formerly SIP), It gives me great pleasure to share with you a new initiative that has been recently launched at your college. A detailed write-up about this initiative is attached to this mail. I am pretty excited by this since I feel it is going to be a major step towards getting our students industry-ready and help them get prepared to 'Hit the ground running' upon getting placement in an organisation, post their graduation from our college. In addition to this, we are also in the process of introducing present-day 'Must-have' prerequisite knowledge & skills in the areas of MS Office (Excel), TPM, 5S, Six-Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to our students. Of course, the students will get exposure only in basic knowledge in these areas. I would appreciate it if these updates are shared with other members of the Sankar Polytechnic Alumni Association.
