SPC TechNet Event
The Voice of SIP/SPC Alumni’s Innovation for SPC Students

A mentoring relationship is
usually where one wiser and
more experienced person
assists another person
to learn and grow.

The business world
has adopted
the tradition of an older and
wiser person
fostering the growth and
development of
the younger generation.

This has sometimes
resulted in perpetuation of
old ways at
the expense of diversity and
development.

However,
new adaptations of
mentoring allows
individuals to interact
as colleagues
in a helping relationship,
on a more equal basis,
can cultivate growth and
learning to mutual benefit.

Learning must be
a lifelong process and
one of the most effective way
to learn is
to assist
in the development of others.

Objective

The objective of the SIP/SPC TechNet Event is to fill the gap
between the Industry expectations and the fresher.

What we can do?

We are the professionals today and
traveled a long way from as a SIP/SPC student life.
Today we know the success story behind us and
what we have missed when we are in the student stand point.
We can fill the gap now …. by mentoring our current SPC students.
